Instead of forcing clients to choose a date and time, you can let them submit inquiries or requests, which are then stored as tasks. These tasks can later be reviewed, completed, or converted into scheduled appointments once a suitable date and time are decided. It is especially useful for service providers who handle follow-ups, internal reminders, client coordination, or services that require confirmation before scheduling. You can disable or hide the Time step in the booking form, generate a backlog of pending tasks, and notify clients via email or SMS once tasks are completed or scheduled.
