Bookly Tasks (Add-on) is a flexible solution designed for businesses that don’t always work with fixed schedules or predefined appointment times. This add-on allows both administrators and staff members to create, manage, and track unscheduled tasks directly within the Bookly admin panel. Instead of forcing clients to choose a date and time, you can let them submit inquiries or requests, which are then stored as tasks. These tasks can later be reviewed, completed, or converted into scheduled appointments once a suitable date and time are decided. It is especially useful for service providers who handle follow-ups, internal reminders, client coordination, or services that require confirmation before scheduling. You can disable or hide the Time step in the booking form, generate a backlog of pending tasks, and notify clients via email or SMS once tasks are completed or scheduled. Fully integrated with Bookly PRO, Bookly Tasks ensures a smooth workflow, better task management, and greater flexibility for businesses with dynamic or non-standard booking processes.
