Once both the base WP Job Manager plugin and the PeepSo integration add-on are installed and activated, dedicated settings become available inside the WordPress admin panel under PeepSo → Configuration → WP Job Manager. From there, you can easily configure how job listings are displayed and managed inside your community.

A dedicated “Jobs” tab can be enabled in user profiles, allowing members to showcase job listings directly on their profile pages. You can customize the profile label, slug, and even assign a custom FontAwesome icon to match your website’s design. This makes job postings feel like a natural extension of the user profile rather than a separate system.

The integration also enhances community engagement through the Activity Stream. Whenever a user posts a job, an automatic activity stream item can be generated, announcing the new listing to the community. You can customize the action text (for example, “posted a job”), append the job title as a clickable link, and define default privacy settings. If a job listing is deleted, the related activity stream item is automatically removed, keeping your feed clean and synchronized.

Users can not only display job listings in their profiles but also create job postings directly from their profile page, simplifying the process and encouraging participation. Additionally, when used with the Gecko Theme, job listing pages blend seamlessly into the overall community design, maintaining a consistent and professional look.
