Fully integrated with Bookly PRO, the Ratings Add-on works seamlessly within your existing booking system. After a visit, customers can rate the service and provide comments. The ratings are displayed in the booking form (if enabled), helping new customers choose staff members based on real reviews.

In the admin panel, you can view:

• Average ratings for each staff member

• Individual service ratings

• Client comments in the Appointments section

• Overall performance insights
